HOW DOES ONLINE THERAPY WORK?
Telehealth is done through video conference. I will be utilizing a hippa compliant electronic health system called Sessions Health that you can access for each session.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION?
I require a 24 hour notice to cancel your session. If notice is not given or there is a noshow. I do automatically charge a $75 fee.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION
Payment is made through a card on file if you are private pay. If you are using insurance, payments would be made through the headway biller services.
WHAT IS HEADWAY AND WHAT DO YOU USE IT FOR?
I use Headway to manage my billing and admin work so I can place all of my focus on our work together. Headway manages everything related to payments and insurance to make things as easy as possible for you.
WHAT IF YOU DON'T ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
Out of Network, superbills can also be provided for reimbursement. A superbill by request for you to file with your insurance after services are rendered for potential partial reimbursement, otherwise known as out of network benefits. Reimbursement of any amount is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of your insurance company. Please check with your insurance company ahead of time for information regarding their reimbursement policies.
