Motherhood is a journey filled with transitions, and each stage comes with its own challenges. I support expecting moms who are preparing for the emotional and mental shifts of motherhood, navigating fears, and adjusting to changes in their identity and relationships. I also work with new and postpartum moms who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, birth trauma, or the overwhelming demands of caring for a newborn. Whether you’re feeling overstimulated, disconnected, or questioning your sense of self, you deserve support. I also help moms at any stage who are facing identity loss, burnout, guilt, or unresolved mother wounds that surface in their parenting.
