As a certified perinatal mental health specialist through Postpartum Support International, I provide compassionate care for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and birth trauma.
Using a holistic and evidence-based approach, I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting to help moms navigate their emotions, heal past wounds, and build resilience. Whether you're struggling with the transition into motherhood, feeling overwhelmed, or seeking deeper emotional healing, I offer a safe space for you to process, grow, and find balance.

Couples Intensives
Relationships are complex, and maintaining connection through life’s challenges takes intentional effort. I specialize in helping couples build stronger, more fulfilling relationships by fostering emotional safety, improving communication, and deepening intimacy.
Using evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Parts Work (informed by Internal Family Systems), I help couples understand their patterns, heal emotional wounds, and navigate conflict with greater compassion. By exploring the different parts of yourself that show up in your relationship, you and your partner can create a deeper sense of understanding and connection.
