Mom Intensives:
A Deep Dive into You
You give so much—this space is for giving back to you.
Motherhood can be beautiful and bonding—and it can also be exhausting, overwhelming, and confusing. You might feel like you’ve lost touch with who you are, feel anxious more often than not, or carry wounds from your past that are showing up in your parenting journey.
This intensive is especially for moms who are struggling with anxiety or maternal rage, facing identity challenges after having children, or wanting to take a deep dive into their mother wounds to better understand and heal.
A Mom Intensive is a 3 hour virtual session focused entirely on you: your story, your needs, your healing. Using an integrative approach with ACT, IFS, and mindfulness, we’ll gently explore what’s coming up in motherhood and help you reconnect to yourself with compassion and clarity.

FAQ
How does an intensive differ from weekly therapy?
Weekly therapy offers steady, ongoing support over time, while an intensive is a deep, focused 2–3 hour session designed to create meaningful shifts in a shorter amount of time. It’s ideal if you want to work through something specific (like anxiety, identity shifts, or a mother wound) without waiting weeks to build momentum. Some moms do intensives as a jumpstart, a reset, or a way to complement their regular therapy.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a quiet space, a journal or notebook, water or tea, and an open heart. I’ll send you a pre-session checklist to help you set up your space for calm and comfort.
Do you take insurance?
Individual intensives are private-pay only and not covered by insurance. Payment is required to reserve your session.
